Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Air Ticket
- Refund/rebooking/cancellation subject to airline terms.
- Modification charges will be applicable as per airline terms and will not be refunded.
- Air ticket modification charges are non-refundable.
- Refund penalties are your responsibility.
- UAE Visa:
- All posted UAE visa applications are non-refundable.
- Corrections after 24 hours of order delivery are non-refundable.
- Unutilized visas are non-refundable.
- Holidays (In-Bound/Out-Bound):
- No refunds for rejected visas.
- No credit/refund for non-rebookable services/hotels.
- Hotel booking refunds based on partner/service provider returns.
- Transfers and Transportation:
- No refunds for cancellations received within 24 hours of service execution for transfers and transportation services.
- 50% cancellation penalty applied if the request is received 24 hours or more prior to service execution
General Guidelines:
Additionally, the refund policy includes (but not limited to) the below mentioned general guidelines.
- Modification, cancellation, and refund requests require written notification from you.
- Transfers transactions are valid for the original passenger and payor only.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payor or passenger.
- Refund amounts returned using the original payment method.
- You are responsible for any incurred processing charges.
- Refunds processed within 72 to 96 business hours upon confirmation.
- A 10% refund fee is applicable to all eligible refunds, excluding cases of natural disasters.
- Claim refunds within 12 months of confirmation, or they will be forfeited.
- The refund policy is subject to modification without prior notice.
